was developed to answer this question and create the benchmark to measure your fitness. GAME ON.
The Experts at MEN’S FITNESS combined their expertise and created 3 sets of Challenge Courses designed to reveal the Ultimate Athlete. The ‘UAG’ includes three sprint obstacle courses, each with a different theme: Speed (.25 miles), Strength (1 miles), and Agility (.5 miles). You will be timed on each course and the athlete with the best combined time is The Ultimate Athlete. In between running the courses, there is a huge expo with contests, product sampling, demos, music, libations and more!
It’s an event for male and female athletes of strong mind and body. Whether you go at it alone or as a team, the UAG will prove you’re fit, but there is only ONE Ultimate Athlete at each event.
