Q. What is The Ultimate Athlete Games?
A. It’s a series of challenge courses designed to test your speed, strength, endurance and agility. It’s not about how fast you can run or how much you can lift. It’s about your overall level of fitness.
Q. How is the winner selected?
A. Participants complete a series of timed challenge courses. Challenge times are tallied, and the athletes with the lowest times are the winners in the men’s, women’s and team divisions.
Q. What happens if I can’t complete one of the courses?
A. If you can’t complete an obstacle, you can try it again as long as you don’t impede other competitors. You will be able to complete the other challenge courses.
Q. How fit is fit enough?
A. If you’re in it to win it, you’ll want to be in top form when it comes to speed, strength, endurance and agility. If you’re more concerned with having a good time, hanging out with your buds, and learning something new about your level of fitness, come take the challenge.
Q. Who can participate?
A. Anyone 12 and older is welcome and encouraged!
Q. How do I create a team?
A. Sign up as the team leader and be sure to include your team name. As your friends sign up, they can join your team.
